Private Rooms:
We have a large range of styles and prices in our private rooms, from $36.000 simple rooms (about $20 USD) to $80.000
COP Suites (about $40 USD).
The quieter rooms typically cost more, since they are located in the new, more tranquilo, wing of the house, and because
they have more personal touches, higher quality furniture and decoration, and are in general more luxurious. For these rooms
please ask for El Jardin Bamboo.
Very few of our private rooms have en-suite bathrooms, so please understand that we cannot guarantee whether or not your
room will be en-suite. We take reservations to ensure that you at least have a roof over your head when you arrive in Medellin,
but we cannot ensure that that room will have a private bathroom. But not to be worried, fortunately all of our rooms are
located so that each bathroom is never shared by more than two rooms. In addition we are happy to maintain a very strict cleanliness
regime.
Reservations will only be taken with a two-night-minimum non-refundable deposit. (Deposit transferable to another date
only if hotel reception is notified two days prior to original reservation date). Reservations can be made by calling Casa
Kiwi Hostel reception, and if approved then making a deposit: either with (1) a credit card through www.paypal.com, (2) a
deposit to Casa Kiwi's Bancolombia account, or (3) a deposit to Casa Kiwi's Bank of America account.
With our high occupancy rate, sometimes it is difficult to grant specific reservation requests. We can usually guarantee
you a private room, but we cannot guarantee a specific price - all of our rooms are priced according to quality, from budget
to luxury. All of our rooms are quality and carry my own personal touches, but of varying price due to the varying personal
preferences, budget, and style of our guests. Hopefully we can match your room with your personal style, but if not I can
at least hope to guarantee that you will enjoy your stay.
